Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT POLICY
One night’s deposit to be charge at time of booking. Final balance will be due based on your booking terms and conditions.
- Cancellations or amendments made 7 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.
- Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment within 24 hours and will incur a fee of 100% of room charges if cancelled or amended.
- If cancelled or amended 21 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.
- Reservations made within 21 days of arrival require full payment and will incur a fee of 100% of the total room charges.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
- Minimum 2-Night Stay required year round.
TERMS CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY
The attendance of all guests and visitors on DIKEME FARMS and their use of any facilities or participation in any activity or event are entirely at their own risk. DIKEME FARMS and its management, staff and agents, do not accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of property or for any personal injury or death.
