Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to any Dikeme Farms Event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Ticket Purchase
    Tickets are sold subject to availability and only through authorised booking platforms. Proof of purchase and a valid ticket must be presented upon entry.
  2. Ticket Policy and Refunds
    All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Personal circumstances
  • Travel disruptions
  • Traffic delays
  • Weather conditions that do not prevent the event from proceeding
  • Late arrival

If Dikeme Farms Events cancels an event, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund or transfer option at the organiser’s discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. If a ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date, refund or credit options (if any) will be communicated at the organiser’s discretion and subject to applicable law.

  1. Booking and Processing Fees
    Any booking, service, processing or platform fees charged at purchase may be non-refundable.
  2. Event Changes
    Dikeme Farms Events reserves the right to amend the event programme, entertainment line-up, activities, schedule, venue areas or timing without prior notice.

No refunds will be issued for programme, entertainment or activity changes.

  1. Right of Admission Reserved
    Dikeme Farms Events reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee without refund for:
  • Disorderly behaviour
  • Intoxication
  • Illegal activities
  • Aggressive or abusive conduct
  • Failure to comply with event rules
  • Behaviour creating safety concerns for others
  1. Assumption of Risk
    Attendance and participation at Dikeme Farms Events is entirely at your own risk. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in any activities.
  2. Farm Property Disclaimer
    Dikeme Farms Events takes place on an active outdoor farm property. Attendees acknowledge and accept risks associated with:
  • Uneven terrain
  • Grass, mud, gravel and natural surfaces
  • Animals and insects
  • Agricultural equipment and machinery
  • Weather-related conditions
  • Slippery surfaces
  • Outdoor structures and activities

Attendees are responsible for exercising caution and supervising children under their care.

  1. Children and Supervision
    Children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for the safety and conduct of minors attending the event.

  1. Parking Disclaimer
    Vehicles and personal belongings are parked and left on the premises entirely at the owner’s risk. Dikeme Farms Events accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to vehicles or belongings.
  2. Prohibited Items
    The following items are prohibited unless expressly authorised by the organiser:
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Alcohol
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Illegal substances
  • Fireworks
  • Hazardous materials
  • Drones
  • Unauthorised promotional material
  • Unauthorised commercial sales items

Any prohibited items may be confiscated, and entry may be refused without refund.

  1. Alcohol Policy
    Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas where permitted by the organiser.

Dikeme Farms Events reserves the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol to any attendee who:

  • Appears intoxicated
  • Is behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner
  • Cannot provide valid identification upon request
  • Is under the legal age required by applicable law

Attendees may not supply alcohol to underage persons. Excessive intoxication, unsafe conduct or failure to comply with event rules may result in removal from the event premises without refund.

  1. No Pets Policy
    No pets or animals are permitted at the event unless approved by the organiser or where required by law.
  2. Unauthorised Trading and Promotion
    No unauthorised selling, marketing, distribution of materials, promotions or commercial activities are permitted on the premises without written approval from Dikeme Farms Events.
  3. Photography and Media Consent
    By attending the event, attendees grant Dikeme Farms Events permission to photograph, film and record them and to use such content for marketing, promotional and social media purposes without compensation or further notice.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dikeme Farms Events, its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for:
  • Personal injury
  • Loss, theft or damage to personal property
  • Delays
  • Event interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  1. Indemnity
    Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dikeme Farms Events, its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates against claims, losses, damages or liabilities arising from their attendance or conduct at the event.
  2. Force Majeure
    Dikeme Farms Events shall not be held liable for cancellation, postponement, delays or event changes resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, civil unrest or other unforeseen events.
  3. General
    The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
