In our farm, we make it a point to provide our chickens with the best possible living conditions. That is why we give our chickens plenty of opportunity to roam and forage outdoors. We believe that not only is it better for the chickens’ well-being to be able to live out their natural behavior, but it also leads to better quality eggs and meat. OUR LAMB CARE STORY The secret to our delicious mutton
We believe that the best mutton comes from sheep that are raised on a healthy diet and that are allowed to roam freely. That’s why we raise our sheep on our own farm, where they have access to fresh grass and plenty of space to exercise. We also feed them a balanced diet that includes hay, grain, and minerals. As a result of our careful care, our sheep are healthy and well-muscled. This means that their meat is tender and flavorful. We also believe that the longer a sheep is allowed to mature, the more flavorful its meat will be. That’s why we don’t sell our lamb until it is at least 12 months old.
Recycled resources We source everything from our farm
We believe in sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices. Therefore, we strive to source all of our resources from our own farm. We have implemented a closed loop system that allows us to recycle and reuse our resources to minimize waste and reduce our environmental footprint. We compost our organic waste and use it to fertilize our soil. We also grow our own feed for our livestock, which helps us control quality and reduce transportation. By sourcing our resources locally, we can support the local economy and reduce our dependence on outside suppliers. We believe that a sustainable farm is one that operates in harmony with nature, and that means minimizing our impact on the environment. By sourcing all of our resources from our farm, we can ensure that we are doing our part to create a more sustainable and resilient food system for future generations.
